By accessing or using MoneyFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use MoneyFlow on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.
MoneyFlow is a bookkeeping and financial-management application providing ledgers, invoicing, purchase orders, multi-currency support, cryptocurrency balance tracking, bank-statement imports, exports, reports, and AI-assisted insights. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.
Hamsa AI features (forecasting, anomaly detection, recommendations, and document parsing) are probabilistic and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. AI-parsed bank statements and imported data must be reviewed and verified by you before relying on them. We are not responsible for decisions made on AI output or for errors introduced by automated parsing.
MoneyFlow tracks balances for wallet addresses you register and displays valuations using third-party price feeds (CoinGecko), which may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. MoneyFlow is not a wallet, exchange, custodian, or broker — it cannot send, receive, or recover cryptocurrency. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and outside our control. We never request or store private keys or seed phrases; if you disclose them to anyone, you do so at your own risk.
Currency conversions and displayed fiat equivalents are indicative, based on third-party rates that may lag market prices. Always confirm figures with your bank, exchange, or accountant before transacting or filing.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account and your organization — including actions taken by team members you invite and the permissions you grant them. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. You represent that you have the right to enter and upload all data you submit, including customer, vendor, and employee information.
The “View Sample” demo uses a shared, public demonstration schema. It is provided as-is for evaluation only, may be reset or removed at any time, and must not be used for real data. Activity in the sample environment is visible to other visitors.
Paid plans are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record; Paddle’s terms govern payment handling, taxes, refunds, and disputes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled via the billing portal. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or Paddle’s policies.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, including money laundering, fraud, tax evasion, or sanctions violations; not to upload malicious content or third-party data you are not authorized to share; not to probe, disrupt, or overload the service; and not to attempt access to data or schemas belonging to other users.
You retain all rights to the data you submit. You grant Swan Sprints a limited license to host, process, and transmit that data solely to operate and improve the service for you (including processing by our subprocessors described in the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping independent backups; export tools (CSV, QBO, OFX, IIF, JSON) are provided for this purpose.
The service, its design, code, branding, and documentation are the property of Swan Sprints. You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of it except as permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swan Sprints and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, trading or investment losses, tax penalties, business interruption, or costs of substitute services — arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Swan Sprints and its officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the service; (b) data or documents you upload or share; (c) your violation of these terms or of any law, regulation, or third-party right — including tax, accounting, securities, and anti-money-laundering obligations; and (d) financial, investment, or compliance decisions you make based on the service’s output.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, unlawful use, or risk to the service or other users. Upon termination your right to use the service ceases; provisions that by nature survive (disclaimers, limitations, indemnification) remain in effect.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: clientservices@swansprints.com.
